Pair of vintage Jindrich Halabala bentwood chairs upholstered in a sumptuous velvet quality and bentwood arms.  Extremley comfortable chairs that have been expertly reupholstered in premium Schumacher velvet. This fabric is not only soft and luxurious, but also comes with performance characteristics which makes it stain resistant and easy to clean.

Halabala was a renowned Czech designer whose chairs were as elegant and timeless as they were functional, stable and comfortable. Halabala was very influential in in the modernist design movement in Czech Republic and Europe and his chairs are beloved by interior designers.
