ABOUT THE DESIGNERS:

Adrien Audoux and Frida Minet were a French design duo who worked together during the mid-20th century. They are known for their innovative use of natural materials, including rope, wicker, and bamboo, in their furniture designs.
 
Audoux and Minet met in the late 1920s, and began collaborating on furniture design in the 1930s. Their work was heavily influenced by the modernist movement, which sought to create functional and streamlined designs that were accessible to a wider audience.
